6. AI-Generated Content
- Outputs generated through Syndigat AI are produced using artificial intelligence and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI Output before relying on or publishing it.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness of any AI Output for a particular purpose.
- You are solely responsible for how you use, publish, or distribute content generated through the Service, and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws, including intellectual property and advertising regulations.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain ownership of the input (prompts, text, files) you submit to the Service, and generally you own the AI Output generated from your input, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers we integrate with.
- Our Platform: The Syndigat AI platform, including its design, branding, code, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology beyond what is necessary to use the Service as intended.
